Pay

• Annual income can range from $12,500 - $110,000, depending on your desired workload. Income is paid per appointment at $60. 

The Ideal Candidate

Kins is looking for a skilled physical therapist who is passionate about changing the status quo in outpatient physical therapy. The ideal candidate will deliver high value care through a hybrid blend of in-home and virtual treatment sessions. If you take ownership over your schedule, communicate effectively, and have strong time management skills, this is a great opportunity for you! 

Requirements

• Active Florida physical therapist license


• Proficiency in working with geriatric population 


• Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in Florida


• Up-to-date BLS certification


• Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills


• Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes


• Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first


• Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team


• Bonus: Home care or Telehealth experience

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload


• Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience


• Document all treatments in our in-app EMR


• Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed
