Physical Therapist (Outpatient Clinic) Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT) required
• Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy license
• 1+ years of experience in an Outpatient Clinic Setting as a Physical Therapist 
• BLS provider certification is required
• Interest and ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting
