We are searching for a PHYSICAL THERAPIST - OUTPATIENT CLINICAL DIRECTOR in our MILLVILLE, DE location with a $5000 SIGN ON BONUS AND A $15,000 COMMITMENT BONUS!

Physical Therapist Education and Experience (Required – 📌 Applications from individuals who do not meet these qualifications will not be reviewed.)

✅ Active PT License: Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Delaware State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT Compact Program.
✅ Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
✅ Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required), CPR Certification (Preferred).

The Clinic Director Role

The Clinic Director’s primary function is to be the “CEO” of their specific clinic. In this role, they are responsible for the overall performance and management of their clinic, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient experience and high-quality care. The Clinic Director is the chief “culture officer” for their clinic, accountable for inspiring and empowering others to deliver “Wow” service to our clients. They are responsible for exemplifying our mission and values so that everyone is successful and engaged in their role. The Clinic Director works with our leadership and support team to lead the way and collaborate in finding or creating solutions to drive high patient care and operational/financial excellence.

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinical Director Job Expectations

We help you specialize in your desired field! Aquacare Physical Therapy provides specialized services to meet the needs of our community. These specialty services include areas such as orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, balance and vestibular therapy, lymphedema treatment, pelvic floor therapy, and women’s health. Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinical Director Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
• Duties require extensive standing and walking
• Duties require lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients
• Duties require frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational Saturdays
