Work Schedule: 
.8 FTE, day/evening shift. Weekly schedule will be Monday – Friday, variable hours 7am-5pm.  Hours could vary based on operational needs of the department.  You will work at East Madison Hospital, 4621 Eastpark Blvd. Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to:
•    Provide treatment services to patients of all genders and ages after acute and chronic episodes of pain, dysfunction, and surgeries.
•    Collaborate with other providers in coordinating patient and family care across multiple services.  This may include staffing interdisciplinary clinics at alternate locations.
•    Serve as a clinical instructor on a rotating basis to assist in development of our future colleague.
•    Assist in long term planning for a pelvic health physical therapy residency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required

Work Experience

2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
