Physical Therapist (PRN)

Developing and administering individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Performing non-clinical duties and maintaining professional work habits that support the efficiency of daily operations. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio. Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and plan effectively. Exhibits flexibility, sound independent judgment, and discretion while maintaining confidentiality. Demonstrates professional work performance through a positive attitude, initiative, reliability, teamwork, and proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Adheres to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Code of Ethics and maintains the highest standards of ethical conduct. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
