Physical Therapist (PRN)

Conduct thorough evaluations and create tailored treatment plans. Deliver high-quality Physical Therapy treatments. Maintain accurate documentation and provide patient and family education. Engage in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities. Uphold certification and licensure requirements, completing continuing education as necessary. Foster excellent customer service and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department. Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure: Current physical therapy license in the State of Ohio; must maintain CEUs for licensure renewal. Certification: BLS certification required within 30 days of hire Experience: Recent graduates are welcome; however, a minimum of one year of experience is preferred. Knowledgeable in providing age-specific care. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Committed to working scheduled hours as assigned.
