Physical Therapist - PRN - Odon, Linton, Freelandville

Description

HTS is currently seeking dedicated Physical Therapists for PRN (as-needed) positions at our partner senior living communities in Odon, Linton and Freelandville. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly based on your availability while providing essential therapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharges on an as needed, PRN basis

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
