Guardian Angel Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home-based therapy services in Ventura, California. This position is a travel/home health assignment offering a consistent Monday–Friday, 8-hour day schedule with a guaranteed 36–40 hour workweek. Mileage reimbursement of $0.70/mile is provided for travel between patient homes.

In this role, the PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and functional independence in a home setting. Candidates must hold an active California PT license and have excellent communication and time-management skills. Experience in home health physical therapy is preferred, and the ability to work independently while managing a travel schedule is essential.
