Physical Therapist

Location: San Francisco, CA (Full-Time)
Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate movement, identify what’s driving pain or limitation, and build a treatment plan that helps patients get back to daily life and work with more strength and confidence. Your day-to-day will include hands-on care, guided exercise, progress checks, and clear education so patients understand what to do between visits and why it matters.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and document findings, goals, and plan of care
• Create individualized treatment plans based on functional needs
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education as appropriate
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
• Educate patients on home programs, safe movement, and injury prevention
• Communicate with referring providers and care teams as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Current California Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (new grads welcome with strong clinicals)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
