Physical Therapist license required

Bachelor's Degree required

Successful completion of MyMichigan Health and affiliate specific orientation

Successful completion of new hire competency

Fingerprinting required (MyMich will pay)

Benefits:

$20,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)
