Schedule: Full-Time, Day Hours. Mon-Fri, some weekends
Salary range: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Job Details:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility. The physical therapist will accurately assesses patients’ needs; identifies and initiates appropriate physical therapy interventions; and works cooperatively with other patient team personnel to maintain standards of physical therapy practice.

DUTIES

• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Administer physical therapy treatment consistent with the plan of care
• Consult with other professionals to develop an interdisciplinary treatment plan when indicated, outlining patient goals and objectives.

·       Write timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes

QUALIFICATIONS

·       1 year in a clinical setting

·       Master’s or DPT Degree

·       Valid license in the State of CA as a Physical Therapist or in the process of getting license

·       New grads are welcome to apply
