What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services
• Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on appropriate therapeutic programs
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Skilled nursing/post-acute experience is preferred, but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
