What You’ll Do:
• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Treat a wide variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, and cumulative trauma disorders
• Support injury prevention and return-to-function through services such as post-offer employment screenings and early symptom intervention programs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation within our EMR system

What We're Looking For:
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in the state of Kentucky
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
• Prior experience in outpatient rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive clinic culture
