Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Commitment to quality patient care and positive rehabilitation outcomes.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
