We have a couple of positions here for experienced Physical Therapist that will provide exceptional therapy to our patients in their residence. Some of your job responsibilities are:

Performs an effective evaluation by accurately assessing ROM, Strength, Sensation and functional status including Gait.

Demonstrate knowledge of modalities, utilize exercise programming

Keep up to date recordsincluding intial evaluations, medication issues, good patient relationship skills and working well with other team members

Ability to use good time management

Requirements:

Graduate from an approved Physical Therapy Program

CPR,  NPI number and Experience
