In this role, you'll enjoy the variety and clinical growth that comes with treating a diverse patient population in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Working alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapy colleagues, you'll help patients overcome orthopedic injuries, manage chronic pain, improve functional mobility, and navigate neurological conditions, including Parkinson's disease. This unique setting also offers opportunities to work with pediatric patients, creating a rewarding environment for clinicians who value both clinical variety and meaningful patient relationships.
Your Role:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life.
Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and movement dysfunctions.
Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support team members to support strong patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.
Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification, where applicable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
