Job Description

We’re actively hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient therapy team in Amherst and Londonderry, New Hampshire. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical team members
• Document clinical progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical growth opportunities
  

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire, or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited DPT or MPT program
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to complete upon hire)
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
