24-Hour Medical Staffing Services, LLC is hiring experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.

Job Overview

• Job Title: Physical Therapist
• Location: Santa Rosa, California
• Type of Assignment: Contract (13 weeks)
• Start Date: 4/21/2025
• Shift: 5x8 Hours, 40 hours per week
• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30
• Pay Rate: $58 - $60 per hour

Qualifications:

• Valid California PT License
  
• BLS Certification (must be through American Heart Association - AHA)
• Minimum 1-year recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Position is for Home Health - Sonoma CA and surrounding areas
  • Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
  • System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles
• Will accept candidates without prior home health experience
• 1 Weekend Shift required
• Candidate is expected to have their own transportation.
