Responsibilities

• Be a team player
• Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
• Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
• Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
• Completion of Level I Balance Re-trainer Certification (6 CEUs), paid for and provided by Fyzical
• Completion of Level II Balance Re-trainer Certification (15 CEUs), paid for and provided by Fyzical
• Within 18 months, enrollment in and substantial progress towards Level III Balance re-trainer Certification (15 CEUs), paid for and provided by Fyzical
• Understand and embrace FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers’s mission statement, values statement, and professional description.
  
  

Required Skills

• Accredited PT program graduate
• Up-to-date state PT license
