Location: Rockville, MD
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $45–$55/hour (Based on experience) + Performance Bonuses

Join our well-established Physical Therapy clinic in Rockville, Maryland, where you’ll work one-on-one with patients, use your manual therapy skills, and make a lasting impact on your community’s health and mobility. New graduates are welcome — we provide hands-on mentorship and training.

About Us:
We are a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic with nearly 25 years of success in helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries, sports-related issues, post-surgical rehab, and gait/balance problems. Our team is upbeat, supportive, and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. We offer Aquatic Therapy, and are happy to train and mentor you if this is a new area for you.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Treat a wide range of patients (ages 10+) with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
Provide hands-on therapy including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and Aquatic Therapy (training provided)
Track patient progress with timely and accurate documentation
Educate patients on home exercise programs and functional goals
Collaborate with referring physicians and internal staff for coordinated care
Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for patients

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Daytime hours only – No nights or weekends)
Full-time, consistent weekly schedule

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (or eligible)
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented mindset
New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship available

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate: $45–$55/hour, based on experience
