We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapy Supervisor to oversee and assist our physical therapy services for home healthcare patients in the Metro Detroit/ Troy region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of physical therapists and delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction to physical therapy staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care to patients in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures ensure continued compliance with all practice standards.

- Provide training and education to physical therapy staff to ensure ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.

- Market and promote our services in a variety of settings and practices

- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure effectiveness of treatment plans, and adjust as needed.

- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure continuous improvement of services.

- Master's degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Minimum experience in physical therapy, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

- Good knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
