  • Work-Life Balance: You’ll treat 42 visits per week, not 65+. Each week you'll have 29 hours of patient care and 11 hours of leadership time - all on the clock. You’ll have time to improve your leadership skills, support your team, and achieve results for the organization. This isn’t about doing extra work on your own time. We schedule you to breathe, not burn out. Realistic caseloads. Paid time off. Zero catch-up expectations.


  • A Truly Supportive Culture: Weekly team meetings always happen; monthly in-services always happen. 1:1s aren’t optional—they’re sacred. These foster support, feedback, and development. As a Team Leader, you’ll run the PT team meeting and own your team’s growth rhythms. Leadership at Orthopaedics Plus listens and takes action. You will directly influence the company’s direction. This will happen through quarterly off-sites, monthly strategic meetings, and weekly tactical sessions. When meetings, 1:1s, and in-services happen, your productivity targets adjust. You’ll never be expected to “make up” for growing professionally.

What You’ll Do:



  • Guide a team of 8–10 clinicians to meaningful clinical and financial outcomes.

  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and clinical excellence

  • Mentor therapists through clear growth tracks and ongoing feedback.

  • Manage therapist schedules and achieve productivity goals.

  • Run weekly team meetings, monthly in-services, and goal-setting check-ins (all on the clock).

  • Apply critical thinking to help team members navigate their growth and performance.

  • Collaborate with a leadership team that cares as much about growth as outcomes.

  • Take charge of your team’s KPIs, finances, and patient outcomes. Lead freely, while staying true to our values.

  • Engage in continual learning and reflection.

Requirements:



  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts

  • Experience in Team level or Management level positions

  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and adapting to patient needs

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Able to reflect on your treatment and adapt based on outcomes and feedback

  • Hungry to grow, ready to contribute, and eager to be mentored
