3-day work week
Part time or Full time

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our practice in West New York, NJ. Ideally the incoming Physical Therapist has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, is willing to work in a collaborative environment coordinating with other healthcare professionals and has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. We have an amazing work environment, specializing in high quality care, and we are looking for a likeminded Physical Therapist to join our team. A huge plus if the incoming PT is bilingual in Spanish and we are flexible in our need and can accommodate a PT looking for either part time or full-time work.

Responsibilities:

Perform initial patient examination and continuing functional evaluations.
Evaluate patients' physical condition and needs, developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges.
Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, acupuncturist, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management.
Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, their care plans
Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and long-term health benefits.

Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Physical Therapy license in NJ
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Schedule:

Part time or Full time
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Salary:

$100k - $150k per year
