Physical Therapist – Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital Outpatient Department
Full-Time (40 hrs) or Part-Time (32 hrs) | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | Weekdays Only | 1:1 Patient Sessions

We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapists to join our outpatient crew. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with experienced Physiatrists, Neurologists, and a full team of OT/PT/SLP professionals who all share one mission: provide exceptional, individualized care that helps patients truly move forward.

This is not a high-volume, factory-style clinic. You’ll get the time and support to treat patients one-on-one—because that’s how the best outcomes happen.

What You’ll Get:

Full-Time (40 hrs) or Part-Time (32 hrs) positions available
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Very competitive hourly rates: $37.00 – $51.11/hour
Monday through Friday schedule—no weekends
1:1 patient treatment model
Diverse patient population with Neuro and Ortho cases
Mentorship and support from experienced, hands-on leadership
Continuing Education Reimbursement + Tuition Reimbursement
Extra day off for your birthday
Convenient location: just off I-90, I-495, and Rt. 9
Free on-site parking
