Position 

Makovicka Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled pelvic health physical therapist to join our team in Bellevue, Nebraska. The successful candidate will have a passion for pelvic floor and a strong orthopedic background to evaluate and treat conditions affecting women—preferred Herman & Wallace Level 1 or APTA Level 1 training.  

Responsibilities include 

· Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations.  

· Tailor plan of care and treatments as indicated with a primarily pelvic health population.  

· Instruct patients in individualized programs designed to maximize functional abilities.  

· Provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice Physical Therapy by the Nebraska State Department of Health and Human Services; graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program; basic life support certification. Display proficiency in the use of standard physical therapy modalities and treatment procedures.  Experience in pelvic health is preferred but not required.
