Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs to restore function and alleviate pain;
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop and adjust treatment plans;
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records;
• Educate patients on injury prevention and health promotion;
• Provide instruction on assistive devices and home care exercises;
• Maintain punctuality and reliability to support clinic operations;
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program;
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Nevada;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) credential;
• Minimum two years’ experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation or outpatient setting.

Note: This position may require travel to other Reno Orthopedic Center locations as needed by management.
