What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Document treatments and progress per state/federal guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff
- Supervise and support PTAs as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active CA PT license
- 1+ year PT experience (SNF experience preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
