Key Responsibilities

• Assist the PT by performing assessments, interviews, physical exams, and reviewing therapy records. 
• Keep patient care documentation confidential and carry out therapeutic procedures through guidance and support. 
• Maintain continuity of care by creating and executing patient management plans.

Requirements

• Current state license compliant with state regulatory requirements.
• Completion of a physical therapy program at an accredited educational institution.
