• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• Desirable marketing experience to support the promotion of clinic services
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
