Your Responsibilities
Assist in creating and implementing fun and effective treatment plans
Support our residents in their exercises and therapeutic activities
Encourage and educate patients on techniques for their care
Track and celebrate patients' progress
Help with equipment setup and maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly
Collaborate with our wonderful healthcare team to provide the best care
Requirements
A degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Previous experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential!
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Team player who loves to collaborate and support others
Detail-oriented and organized in managing patient documentation
