Job Description - Physical Therapy Assistant / Administrative Support

Current Opportunity within our Intensive PT/OT program

We are actively hiring for a licensed PTA to join the CI team in a rare opportunity at our Advance Center. The Advance Program is a specifically curated program that utilizes the intensive model of therapy to support our clients as they navigate post-surgical needs, work to develop past a plateau, are preparing for big milestones or simply need a fresh approach to therapy. This program draws clients from across the country and is unique to our area. Sessions are 4 hours per day and require a team based approach to keep clients and staff operating at their best.

We are seeking a PTA that is interested in being trained in this model of therapy while working alongside our OT and PT team to have a blast and do great work. This position is full-time and will be a hybrid position throughout the summer consisting of direct treatment as well as supporting our DPT and OTR therapists. Many of our intensive therapy clients benefit from the support of two therapists and the right candidate for this role will be comfortable in the supporting role until fully trained and experienced at which point the expectation would be a hybrid of lead therapist and support. This role will also include supporting the administrative pieces of our Advance program and creating a great environment for the families we serve. A strong candidate for this role will enjoy a variety of tasks throughout the day and will require flexibility and a "go with the flow" attitude. No two days will be the same (especially during our very exciting summer months).

The Advance team works in a truly team-style manner. The team supports each other, provides therapeutic suggestions and makes sure that we have all the tools needed to thrive. Our clients spend a month at a time with us (4 hours per day, 5 days per week for 4 weeks) and think of it as summer camp....so do we!  Imagine adaptive bike rides, dance parties, spirit week and more pizza than you can eat.

The Advance program is housed in our Verona- Liberty Drive location in a newly remodeled therapy space with state-of-the-art resources and technology. We can't wait for you to check it out!

We expect this position to fill quickly. Please don't delay submitting your resume.
