Careage Home Health is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (LPTA) to join their team!

 This position will cover the Rural South (Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Des Moines and Covington) area.

A Licensed PTA administers physical therapy to patients intermittently in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist (PT).

• Physical strength and stamina
• Ability to lift patients and help them move
• Ability to read and execute detailed instructions
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Compassion and empathy
• Good attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of anatomy
• Knowledge of PT stretches and exercises


Requirements

  • 2 years experience preferred
  • Currently Licensed, Registered or Certified in Washington State
  • 2 years certified by the American Physical Therapy Association

Salary Description

$35.00-45.00
