We're on the lookout for full-time Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our home health dream team in Weymouth. If you’ve got at least one year of clinical experience, a solid sense of humor, and the ability to commit to Saturdays (yes, that one day a week) — this gig’s for you.

Your Saturday Superpowers Will Be Used For:

• High-priority visits — the folks who really need you this weekend.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Provide in-home PT treatments under your supervising PT (your clinical co-pilot).
• Adjust treatment plans as needed — cookie-cutter care is not our thing.
• Educate and motivate patients and caregivers — with actual strategies, not YouTube advice. 
• Document using our user-friendly EMR — it’s not a treasure hunt.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
