Physical Therapy Assistant - Rewarding Work

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the provision of hands-on therapy treatments and related tasks under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in providing direct patient care to reduce pain, improve mobility, and increase strength.
• Help with exercises, stretches, and other hands-on therapies.
• Set up therapy equipment and prepare treatment areas.
• Document patient responses to treatment and report on outcomes.
• Engage with patients to make them feel comfortable during therapy and provide education on their treatment plans.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in New Jersey or eligible for licensure.
• Previous experience in a physical therapy setting preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
