Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments per PT and physician’s plan of care
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor and report patient progress and condition changes
• Educate patients on mobility aids and prosthetic devices
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and participate in team meetings

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the State of Colorado
• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved PTA program (passed national exam)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Rate: Per-Visit pay Schedule --

$35.00- $45.00
