Physical Therapy Center Manager PT/OT Clinician

THE OPPORTUNITY A growing outpatient therapy organization is seeking a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist to manage a clinic in Santa Cruz, CA while maintaining a full patient caseload. You'll lead clinical operations, drive center profitability, and oversee a dedicated therapy team — with strong financial incentives and support built in.
