Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of outpatient physical therapy clinic, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and patient care coordination
Supervise, mentor, and develop physical therapy staff and support personnel to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain active clinical caseload while fulfilling management duties in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and medical staff to deliver integrated patient care
Oversee staffing strategies, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations for rehabilitation team members
Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and physical therapy standards
Manage budgets, supply ordering, and resource allocation for the physical therapy department
Lead continuing education efforts and promote evidence-based practice among therapy staff
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
Current, active Physical Therapy license in the state of Pennsylvania
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Minimum 5 years of clinical physical therapy experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings
At least 2 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation environment
Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and compliance
