Due to increased growth within our company, we have a position opening in our Dublin office that we are excited to offer. We are looking for a flexible energetic and outgoing individual who enjoys being around and helping others who are in need. This is full time a position is great for students gaining experience to apply for physical therapy school. This position will be filled in June 2025.

Responsibilities

Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with patients

Prepare and keep treatment areas clean and organized

Basic Front Desk duties of greeting patients and answering phones

Scheduling Patients

Filing and Computer tasks

Basic Office Clean-up and Maintenance

Assisting Therapists with Patient set-up and office flow

Basic Marketing Tasks

Entering Insurance payments into Computer

Insurance Benefits Confirmation

Tracking and Reporting of Key Metrics

Compensation: $10.00 per hour
