What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist therapists in guiding patients through prescribed exercises and treatment plans
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical space
- Provide equipment setup and sanitization between sessions
- Be a calm, encouraging presence for patients as they work toward recovery
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a healthcare or fitness setting preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
- Passion for helping others and making a difference
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfort with physical activity and assisting others with movement
- CPR certification a plus
