Cooper Care Alliance is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing Cooper Care Alliance team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Emphasize preventive care and health maintenance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Document all patient interactions in the electronic health record (Epic)

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems preferred

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of NJ.
• DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certification.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Interest in population health, quality improvement, or teaching.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing culturally competent and equitable care.
