Job Title: Physician Assistant - Immediate Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality immediate care services at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.

- Diagnose and treat a variety of acute medical conditions.

- Perform minor procedures and assist in emergency situations.

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to develop and implement treatment plans.

- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent.

- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
