Patient Volume/Census: 12-16 patients per shift

EMR System: Epic
Specialty Backup Available: Multiple physicians and APPs in office
Reason for Coverage: Maternity leave

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline: 60 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Ohio license or Compact license
Certifications: CNP, PA, CNS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct outpatient clinic visits for electrophysiology patients (30-minute appointments).
Manage patient inbox messages and phone consultations.
Perform follow-up evaluations for established patients, including hospital follow-ups.
Collaborate with supervising physicians and support staff (MAs, LPNs, RNs).
Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR.
