We are looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, patient-first medical team serving the community of Matthews, North Carolina. Primary Duties

Prescribe medications, therapies, and supportive care options in compliance with North Carolina practice regulations.
Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical assistants to maintain coordinated care delivery in Matthews, North Carolina.
Document patient encounters accurately within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Provide patient counseling on chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and wellness strategies.
Deliver clinical services for both urgent presentations and routine outpatient appointments in Matthews, North Carolina.
Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure.
NCCPA certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in good standing.
Preferred experience in urgent care, family practice, or internal medicine environments.
Solid clinical reasoning, procedural competence, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented professional capable of handling high patient volume in a fast-paced outpatient clinic serving Matthews, North Carolina.
