Physician Assistant – Neuro ICU - Nights - Cornell Campus - Open to New Graduate and Experienced PAs

We are one of America’s earliest providers of neurological care and home to one of the largest and most distinguished stroke centers in the world. Our Physician Assistants are highly skilled clinicians and respected colleagues who proudly advance this legacy of excellence every day.

Join a highly autonomous and collaborative team of Physician Assistants delivering world‑class Neurocritical Care. In this role you will work closely with Neurosurgery, Neurology, and our renowned Stroke Team to provide exceptional care to patients and their families during their most critical moments.

You will also have opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge and skills through robust educational programming—including conferences, lectures, and grand rounds. This role offers the chance to grow in a dynamic, rapidly expanding PA practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate with a passion for critical care or an experienced PA looking to advance within a high‑acuity environment.

Shift: 3 12.5 hour night shifts per week with weekend rotation

Preferred Criteria

  • At least one year of inpatient neurology, critical care, or internal medicine experience

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies

  • Current New York State PA licensure

  • NCCPA certification

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
