Salary:  $120k to $150K a year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Opportunity:

As a key provider in our patient-centered practice, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of adult health conditions. You’ll work closely with a collaborative care team and play an essential role in bridging language and cultural gaps for our Russian-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and detailed assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Perform joint and trigger point injections under supervision as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and pain management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
  

• Valid NY State PA license and NCCPA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (Pain Management, Orthopedics, or related field preferred)
• Strong clinical skills, patient-focused approach, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
