Practice Type: Multispecialty GroupLicensure Requirements: IL License requiredNumber of Physicians in Department: 1Boards & Certification Requirements (BE/BC, ACLS, PALS, etc.):BC - CardiologyPatient Mix Typical cardiology practice Mix of agesPPD 16-24 (patients, inpatients, follow-ups, etc.):Flexible in how much time for new patients/revisits30/30, 40/20, 30/15

EMR - EPIC

SCHEDULE: M-F 8a-5p Clinic onlyClinic Closed 11/26 & 11/27, 12/24 & 12/25, and 1/1/2021NO CALL or Hospital workNO Holidays, night, or weekends
