Annual Pay: 315,000

Starting Bonus: $50,000

Student Loan Assistant: Up to $200,000 in student loan assistance (based on residence)

Relocation Package: $15,000 relocation assistance

Job Overview:

A BC/BE Family Medicine physician is needed to join a welcoming, flexible, and team-oriented practice in St. Joseph, MO. This position offers the stability of a well-established health care system combined with the lifestyle benefits of practicing in a close-knit community.

The environment supports innovation and provides extensive resources, including an integrated Epic EHR system and collaboration with experienced specialists to help deliver high-quality patient care. The practice includes five physicians, two advanced practice providers, and a dedicated team of nurses, technicians, an access representative, and a practice manager. Responsibilities include all aspects of family medicine, including office visits and hospital rounds, with newborn and pediatric hospital coverage one week out of every five. The physician also co-manages and consults on patients cared for by family nurse practitioners.

Practice Details:

• Flexible 4 ½ day/week work schedule
