Job Description:

The Physician integration specialist is responsible for facilitating the integration of medical providers who newly merged with CLS, ensuring they receive the necessary support to provide high-quality patient-centric care and ensure physician success within the organization. The Specialist works closely with other management team members and medical staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Streamline onboarding orientation and training programs for new medical providers.
• Ensure the providers credentialing and privileging applications are up to date.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate new providers into the medical staff at CLS.
• Facilitate communication between new providers and key stakeholders at CLS.
• Closely provide ongoing support and guidance to new providers to ensure their success in the organization during the first year after the merger.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to provider onboarding.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the onboarding process and provider experience.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Teams to discuss marketing needs, identify new business opportunities, and implement ways to streamline referrals.
• Develop methods to achieve the highest level of customer service satisfaction.
• Establish a working relationship with the Billing team to optimize claim submissions.
• Establish a working relationship with the coding and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation and coding.
• Assist in establishing productivity targets and growth plans to meet financial goals.
• Ensure correct understanding of company policies and relevance to emerging issues.
• Monitor workflow inside the clinic to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate meetings with community physicians, other organizations’ business development teams, and hospital Physician Liaisons.
• Act as a liaison between physicians and employees to resolve problems, provide solutions, and maintain a positive work environment. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Medical Experience 
• Experience in establishing and supporting physician practice startups, Preferred 
• Must be able to travel to other CLS Health locations
