Shift: Full Time, Days

Annual Pay: $315,000 base salary (2-year guarantee) with additional income potential based on RVU production

Starting Bonus: $50,000

Student Loan Assistant: Up to $200,000 in student loan assistance (based on residence)

Relocation Package: $15,000 relocation assistance

Job Overview:

A BC/BE Internal Medicine physician is needed to join a collaborative and supportive practice in St. Joseph, MO. This role offers the stability of an established health care system combined with the advantages of working in a close-knit, community-oriented environment.

You'll thrive in a setting that values innovation and provides robust resources, including an integrated Epic EHR system and access to top-tier specialists. The practice includes four experienced physicians, two advanced practice providers, and a skilled support team of nurses, technicians, an access representative, and a practice manager. Responsibilities cover the full spectrum of primary care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The role includes call coverage for 4-5 weekdays and one weekend per month. Physicians work collaboratively with advanced practice providers by co-managing patient care through observation, support, consultation, and guidance.
