Annual Pay: $315,000 base salary (2-year guarantee) with additional income potential based on RVU production

Starting Bonus: $50,000

Student Loan Assistant: Up to $200,000 in student loan assistance (based on residence)

Relocation Package: $15,000 relocation assistance

Job Overview:

A BC/BE Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician is sought to join a dynamic and welcoming practice in St. Joseph, MO. This opportunity combines the stability of a well-established health system with the benefits of living and working in a close-knit, community-focused environment.

The position offers a supportive atmosphere that encourages innovation and provides access to valuable resources, including an integrated Epic EHR system and collaboration with experienced specialists. You'll work alongside five skilled physicians, two advanced practice providers, and a dedicated team of nurses, technicians, access representatives, and a practice manager. Responsibilities include full-spectrum family medicine, both in the clinic and hospital setting, with newborn and pediatric hospital coverage shared among the team on a 1-in-5 rotation. The physician also plays a collaborative role in co-managing, advising, and supporting patients cared for by family nurse practitioners.
